Cancellations
Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Anything less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge. Appointment will not be rescheduled until this is paid.
No shows will result in a 100% charge.
I totally understand that plans change and appointments need to be rearranged or cancelled but please let me know ASAP to give me as much time as possible to fill the space with another client who may be waiting.
Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment, I normally work back to back and I cannot afford to be running late. If you are early please wait in your car until your appointment time.
If you arrive late I cannot complete the treatment to my standard as I have set times for each treatment. I cannot 'do what I can' in the time we have remaining as I personally will not be satisfied with the work.
I give a 15 mins grace period, any later than that will forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
Please contact me if you are running late.
Attending Alone
Please come alone to your treatment, unless you are coming with someone who is also having a treatment and have informed me before your appointment. Please do not bring your children in with you under any circumstance.
I totally understand finding childcare can be difficult but unfortunately I cannot work professionally or to my standard.
There is a large amount of machinery and products that can cause harm to a child or be damaged, I will not be covered by insurance and I cannot concentrate on providing you with the best service if I am distracted.
I also want to ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable treatment with me.
